POST CONVICTION SEX OFFENDER TESTING (PCSOT):

Kip administers polygraph examinations on adult and juvenile sexual offenders who are currently incarcerated, in civil-commitment settings, on probation and parole, and whose behaviors represent “high risks” to community safety. Kip works within ‘The Containment Model’ approach, working with Treatment Providers and Probation/Parole Officers to best ensure community safety.

FIDELITY/RELATIONSHIP TESTS:

Are you in a relationship in which you believe your partner has been less than honest or unfaithful to you? Do you feel you have been unfairly accused of infidelity? If so, a properly administered polygraph examination by a well-trained, competent examiner can accurately answer your questions and help you directly approach the issues that need to be addressed.

CRIMINAL CASES:

Scientific research has shown that a properly administered polygraph examination is accurate over 90% of the time. The research demonstrates that this is a higher accuracy rate than most other forms of evidence; including eyewitness testimony, fingerprint identification, and psychiatric opinion. Your client should have the opportunity to verify his/her innocence and to allow an attorney to gather the information they need to assist in defending their clients.

CIVIL CASES:

When you want an objective, independent verification of your client’s side of the story, a polygraph examination can provide this service. When there is personal property, money, or a person’s reputation at stake, a polygraph examination can help you to maintain and demonstrate credibility to ensure that justice may be done.

DIVORCE/CUSTODY CASES:

If your client has been unfairly accused of anything in a divorce proceeding or custody dispute, a polygraph examination can allow your client to verify the truth or refute false allegations.
